Visited this place a few days ago to have a shoe heel repair,and was very satisfied with the service that they provided on the day I also decided to have a key cut at the same time Also pleased with the service of that as well I have no hesitation in recommending this service here as they provide a efficient and realiable service throughout

Had a car key I needed cutting which nobody could do. Paul at Bolton went well out of his way to do this. He ordered more in and was amazing doing everything he could to pull it off. Not many people go above and beyond any more so it was really much appreciated and I’m very relieved that I now have my spare key - cheers Paul your amazing

Very bad experience. Shopkeeper said will repair the watch and give me a call in 2 weeks, it's been 4 months and not got my watch back and I have been calling again and again to get it back and they keep promising they will get in touch with me. Will never trust them with anything again. Poor customer service.

Great location in Bolton Town Centre nr the old Market Hall. I've been coming here since it opened and I've always been pleased with the service I've received whether that's getting my shoes heeled, getting a key cut, buying insoles for my shoes or a new watch battery I've always received a good friendly service at fair price. There's never any queue so just a short wait, especially for shoes being heeled.
