Having been quoted £250 for a replacement car key by the dealer, I asked at the small Timpson’s cabin outside my local Tesco, while walking back to the car. They quoted £100 less, but couldn’t do it there, had to refer me to the Trafford store to make an appointment and do it. Timpson’s Trafford rang me before I left the car park and I arranged to visit the same afternoon. When I got there, Darren provided me with a new key in about 15 minutes, for the price quoted. Great service. 👍

Where do I start at how poor the service was, thankfully their customer service centre is great because the repair guy here wasn't exactly switched on. Thankfully we got directed by customer services up to Lea Gate Bolton as the guy there was absolutely unreal.

Don't know how the guy in today at asda branch timspons in Trafford manages his customer service skills. Poor customer experience, rang yesterday to explain what help I need, only to be told by him that,' I know what I'm talking about, I do this job for a living', pretty much trying to shut you down. Came in today, jesus, never seen someone so rude. Again, I explained to him about the key and showed him the key, only for him to be condescending and telling me the key is gone. Well, key getting sorted somewhere else and is working. Won't recommend this guy if you want good customer care and someone who will actually listen to your issue without quickly jumping to conclusions in what's happened.

I have used this facility inside Asda, Trafford park, for replacement car keys, including a programmable fob, twice this week. The operatives knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Fantastic service
