Samantha Anderson5 StarCalled on a Monday morning to make an appointment, my front door lock was broken. The dispatcher on the phone was very transparent with the price breakdown. The technician showed up on time, he was able to fix my broken lock and charged me £59 for the visit.

Louise Wheatley1 Star**EDIT 10 months on with a copy and pasted response to a number of dissatisfied customers. If you are happy to refund the additional £50 that was charged for no reason (and then had to replace the entire lock at our expense), then I'm happy to contact you.
Similar story to the last reviewer - was locked out with a Yale lock locked from the inside - was quoted £59.95 on the phone. When the locksmith looked at it said he had to drill it out and that would cost £110 plus VaT as a ‘ specialist service’ - didn’t have a choice as had guests staying. It literally took 3 minutes as the lock was destroyed and no repair work… where the extra £50 came from I have no idea
On the plus side he did arrive very promptly and waited as we we returned home.Friday 23rd September 2022
Fraaz Ali1 StarVery bad attitude from the man who came out. It was a snapped key in the lock. He didn’t even attempt to extract it. As soon as he saw the lock he said he needs to replace it and it would be £150.00. When I questioned him as to why he’s not attempting extraction, he walked off in a strop.

Oisin Bennett1 StarI am disabled and my front door closed behind me (not locked) on a cold, dark and wet evening. I needed my medication urgently and I was quoted £60 plus VAT. A locksmith arrived inside 30 minutes and that's when the cowboy charade began.
He took a glance at the lock- told me I was under quoted - without asking what I was quoted.
He said it would require specialist service - at £120. I told him the quote I had received- that I was disabled and needed medication.
He shrugged and said if I didn't pay him £120 - he would drill the door open and that would cost me alot more or he could leave and I could ring 999 for my medication.
He took advantage of a vulnerable person and forced me to pay the £120 and I watched him take a tiny allen key from his back pocket - popped into the lock and opened the door in a breeze.
This was the specialist service!. In my opinion this was what I was originally quoted. If he had to get extra equipment or indeed use extra energy such as a using a drill - I could understand the extra charge.
I've contacted their 'customer service' with zero response. Please, please avoid this company.Monday 8th November 2021
